Short BIO:

I’m a chiropractor and a pain neuroscientist originally from Spain but living in Canada for over 8 years.

My work focuses on understanding chronic pain mechanisms, as well as those underlying the effects of nonpharmacological interventions. I have a particular interest in neuroimmune and behavioral processes associated with the benefits of physical exercise. 

Joining CARL has been a tremendous opportunity to build meaningful connections, receive invaluable mentorship, and rediscover my purpose. I’m truly excited to see what this group can achieve!
