In 2016, I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) and have worked in clinical practice ever since. I became involved in research at the VU Amsterdam in 2020 and began my PhD in 2022.

My PhD project is a discrete choice experiment focused on the choice for SMT for low back pain (LBP), aiming to establish the smallest worthwhile effect of SMT for LBP.

Joining the CARL program has been a privilege and expands my professional network beyond the Netherlands and offers the opportunity to collaborate on international research that strengthens the chiropractic profession.
