SHORT BIO:

I am a postdoctoral fellow, as well as a licensed chiropractor with over six years of clinical experience.

My research focuses on enhancing rehabilitation access and outcomes for equity-deserving populations through mixed-methods approaches and health systems research. Currently, I am involved in national projects evaluating rehabilitation service use, developing prehabilitation interventions for lumbar spinal stenosis, and leading international initiatives on equity, diversity, and inclusion.

I joined CARL to expand my international collaborations, strengthen my leadership skills, and connect with emerging musculoskeletal health researchers. The first CARL residential was energizing and motivating, providing advanced research training and a supportive network of inspiring colleagues. I am eager to apply these connections and insights to my projects, enhancing the global impact of rehabilitation efforts.
